Lady Royals Win Again !
Undefeated Vincentian Academy Rolls to Big Win !
The undefeated Lady Royals beat highly ranked North Catholic 57-51 on Wednesday, January 18 in front of a packed house at the Kerr Fitness Center at LaRoche College. The Lady Royals upped their record to 13 and 0 and solidified their claim as one of the top 5 teams in the state in Class A.
The game was played in the spectacular surroundings of the Kerr Fitness Center on the beautiful campus of LaRoche College, which is a stone's throw from the Vincentian Academy campus. The joint efforts of LaRoche College and Vincentian Academy are bringing the best in facilities to our students, parents and fans as witnessed by this magical night. Freshman sensation Brenna Wise led the Lady Royals with 20 points and 15 rebounds. Wise and teammate Ashlee Darby are among the WPIAL leading scorers on the season. Congratulations to Coach Ron Moncrief, his staff, players, and to all of our great fans who rocked the house !

Wizard of Oz Preview
We're Off to See the Wizard
Travel down the Yellow Brick Road to the Vincentian Academy cafeteria for a preview of our production of 'The Wizard of Oz!' Please plan on joining us on Saturday, January 21st at 7PM at Vincentian Academy's cafeteria for a FREE preview of our upcoming production. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and desserts will be provided. All are welcome.

Weather Plan for Friday January 13, 2012
In the event of a 2-hour delay on Friday, January 12, 2012, we will have school until 2:30PM on Friday. Students will have to bring their own lunch, and mid-terms will be taken as originally planned.
If school is cancelled, we will update everyone on the mid-term status.
Musical Rehearsal Time Change
The musical rehearsal scheduled for Friday, January 12, 2012 has been moved to a 12:30PM start time on Friday.
AES Engineers Scholarship Search
The consulting firms of AES Engineers is conducting its yearly scholarship search. In order to be eligible, students need to answer one of the essay questions at the company's website at www.aesengineers.com/scholarships.htm .

Ashlee Darby Milestone
Ashlee Darby Joins the 1000 Point Club!
Vincentian Academy senior Ashlee Darby reached the 1000 career point milestone on Monday, January 9 in a 91-60 Vincentian win over Riverview at the Academy. The Vincentian Lady Royals are now 11 and 0 and one of the top-ranked teams in the WPIAL. Congratulations to Coach Moncrief, Ashlee and all of our Lady Royals !
